Pre-Inspection
- Signal the next vehicle forward with clear chat communication
- Confirm your tools are equipped (restraints, inspection gear) in hotbar slots 1-3
- Note vehicle type, plate roleplay, and number of occupants
- Check for obvious visual flags — damage, suspicious modifications, nervous occupant behavior in chat
Primary Inspection
- Greet traveler in character and request travel purpose
- Ask destination and expected duration of stay
- Request document presentation (roleplay in chat)
- Visual scan of vehicle interior through windows
- Check cargo area visibility for commercial vehicles
Escalation (If Suspicion Arises)
- Request full vehicle search with clear in-character justification
- Call backup agent if situation escalates
- Document findings in chat for moderation if rules are broken
- Approve crossing OR initiate detention/arrest roleplay
Post-Inspection
- Direct approved vehicles through the exit gate
- Log notable incidents mentally for handoff to next shift agent
- Signal next vehicle forward immediately to maintain queue flow
